Morning snow on a burning bush.
A crow at the grocery store... I've been keeping my camera ready hoping to see a humongous buck.

Great shot of the snow on the burning bush. My wife has relatives in Traverse City, and they e-mailed us that they were getting snow there, too. Where in Michigan do you live?
Also, a nice exposure of the crow. They, because of the solid black, are difficult to photograph and bring out the details. You did good, Melissa. :-)

I live in Grand Rapids. My best friend lives up in Cedar (just north of Traverse City) so I make it up there quite a bit too.
Thanks Bob for your kind words. I always look forward to hearing from you. You’re a good guy!

Heck, I’m from Muskegon. I used to go to Grand Rapids a lot when I was growing up there. My wife is actually from a little town called Beulah, but she has a sister plus a bunch of nieces and nephews in Traverse City. I love going there. All of her relatives are great.
I think you are a good gal, too. You are one of my favorite blog people. I always look forward to your posts. :-)
