man, snakes are so beautiful and compelling to look at and watch their crazy motions and contortions but creepy and scary at the same time. the picture really magnitizes the size, doesn’t it? because it doesn’t look like a “small snake.”

It was creepy to put my face so close to the snake (I didn’t have my zoom lens on) even though its head was only about the size of a nickel! (:

It was there again yesterday… my new pet for a few days, until freezing temps hit.
WOW!! Amazing shots! Thanks for sharing! The sharpness in the pic with the butterfly is awesome!
