I like big butts and I cannot lie

The chipmunk looks much rounder than usual.

Well hello nipples! This is definitely a pregnant female. She didn't mind me sneaking closer at all.

Some sort of Comma butterfly. I'm new to identifying butterflies and it's tough to read field marks when chunks of the wing are missing.

Identification? So... Cooper's Hawk or Sharp-Shinned? I'm guessing Cooper's by the rounded tail, but really, who knows?

She was so calm… or exhausted. (:

I’ll probably feel anger and frustration towards her in a few weeks when the babies are tunneling under roots and bulbs in the perrenial garden.
