Snow in the forecast

.. but the gardens are raked, ornamental grasses and a diseased tree are cut down, and a new garden tilled.

Crocus blooming on St. Patrick's Day 2011.

Spotted in the backyard on the way to the bus stop.

  2. You have all that done already? We’re still under snow here in Greenville. Once the snow melts I’ll have lots of raking and trimming to do, but I’m ready for it!

A lot of the houses with trees are still covered in snow too. We don’t have any trees close to our house and face south so we get a jump start. (:
The area I tilled is a dry hill too…. the rest of the yard is a wet heavy clay mess. Happy Friday Cath!
