trespassing

I took a wonderful walk through the woods Friday morning and saw so many amazing things. I could have stayed out there all day if I thought being surrounded by dead trees in gale force winds and trespassing was wise… and if rubber boots were warmer.

Most of the snow pack melted so it was the perfect morning to look for deer sheds before the raccoons nab them. No luck on finding any antlers though. My daughter was the only one to find any last year.

Thanks. It’s in a neat area where lots of fungi is growing over all the dead wood.

There is some huge bracket fungi down the street, but its too tall to get a good picture that shows its actual size. It’s so cool looking though.
