A Cedar Waxwing on the deck... probably judging me for the dingy state of the bird bath.
Cedar Waxwings eating sumac. I wonder if they've eaten all the cones from the juniper trees.

I think the dark gray skies help them blend… after all they do have bright yellow and red markings. I only noticed them b/c I heard them when I tossed compost outside. They’re obnoxiously loud.
